14 Weeks!

While I'm technically 15 weeks tomorrow…. I wanted to post my 14 week bump photo and pregnancy update.
After  finding out I was pregnant, I wanted to find a cute and fun way to do a weekly "bump" update.  Last summer I had turned a regular old picture frame into a framed chalkboard that I was planning on using at our wedding.  It just ended up being one of those last minute details that I couldn't get up and running in time, but I kept the board knowing that it would come in handy one day.  After searching around on Pinterest, I found a blog where the mama-to-be did a weekly chalkboard bump photo and pregnancy update.  I immediately fell in love with the idea and decided to "borrow" it!  I'm excited to be able to look back and see my progress from week to week.

I was running really late this week with fixing up my chalkboard and taking my picture, so please excuse my rather uninspired art work!

14 Weeks
How far along? 14 weeks
Total weight gain: anywhere from 1-3 pounds depending on the day
Maternity clothes?  Nope, not yet!  Some clothes are a little snug…. But for the most part I’m fitting into all my pre-pregnancy clothes.
Stretch marks?  Not yet!
Sleep:  Still sleeping really well except for waking up a couple times a night to go to the bathroom
Best moment this week:  Entering my 2nd trimester!!
Miss anything?  Prosecco, wine, and drinks from Ole!
Movement:  Still too early… but I’m anxious to feel something!
Food cravings?  Have been enjoying lots of fruit and especially berries
Anything making you queasy or sick:  I've been slightly grossed out by red meat lately
Have you started to show yet:  Just a little bit-but it looks more like I’m bloated than an actual baby bump!
Gender prediction:  Not really sure…. And I don’t want to make any assumptions… I’ll be happy/excited either way!
Labor signs:  No
Symptoms:  No real symptoms… feeling a little less tired though
Belly button in or out?  Inie/outie – which is normal for me!
Wedding rings on or off?  on and I'm hoping it stays this way!
Mood:  Happy and excited
Looking forward to:  My next doctors appointment/ultrasound, finding out the gender, and feeling the baby move!
Weekly goals/plans: I really need to start getting to the gym more often….. I've only been on a few occasions!  Now that I'm feeling less tired, I really need to start going.
